Sr. Prudence Allen, RSM, Ph.D.

ENDOW Advisory Board

 

Sister Prudence Allen is a Religious Sister of Mercy of Alma and a professor in the Department of Philosophy at the St. John Vianney Theological Seminary in Denver. She is also a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  Author of a two-volume work on The Concept of Woman, Sr. Allen has lectured widely in Canada, Europe, and the United States and published several articles on woman's identity in a variety of journals.  She is on the Advisory Board of ENDOW, and her expertise on woman has guided ENDOW from its very beginnings.
