Retreat for Intercessors of the Pilgrim Center of Hope

Posted by at 9:07 am | Evangelization

Intercessors of the Pilgrim Center of Hope are persons committed to pray daily for this Catholic Evangelization Ministry.  They are Missionaries of Evangelization through Prayer.

St. Therese of Liseux, a 19th century Carmelite nun, spent hours in her convent praying for the salvation of souls. She became the patron Saint of Missionaries because of her intercession for them and their mission to reach out to souls.    An intercessory prayer group can direct the course of world events, prevent wars, change elections, and transform the world. The Church teaches that the intercession of the saints in Heaven is “their most exalted service to God’s plan” (Catechism of the Catholic Church 2683).

We invite you to a mini-Retreat for the Intercessors at the Pilgrim Center of Hope on Saturday, August 6th…9am-1pm including lunch.

Please repond before 4pm on Friday, August 5th.  Call us at 210-521-3377 or email us at dtmjfox@pilgrimcenterofhope.org.
